Ryland Percy is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is the senior managing partner of the firm. He received a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University in 1971 and his M.S. in Administration from the University of Guam in 1974. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the LSU Law Center in 1976. Ryland retired as a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy in 2007 after 36 years of active and reserve service. Ryland’s principal practice areas include general and commercial litigation, real estate, business transactions, corporations, class action administration, personal injury, and governmental law.
Ryland has served as City Attorney for the City of Gonzales for over 20 years and holds board member positions for the River Parish Community College Foundation, the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, and the Baton Rouge – New Orleans Rail Compact.
Ryland is a member of the 23rd Judicial District and Louisiana State Bar Associations. He holds an AV-Preeminent Rating from the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory for meeting the highest level of professional excellence.
