Kodie Gaspard is an associate attorney at Percy & Schutte and practices successions, estate planning, real estate, and business law. Whether helping a family prepare for the future, guiding a local business through business transactions, or resolving a property matter, she approaches every case with detail, care, and commitment.
Originally from Ragley, Louisiana, Kodie received her associate’s degree in paralegal studies and bachelor’s degree in history from McNeese State University. During her time at McNeese, she worked for a personal injury firm in Lake Charles, Louisiana as a paralegal. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and has been with the firm since 2024.
Kodie resides in Gonzales with her husband and daughter. In her free time, Kodie enjoys art, reading, and any reason to be outside.
Amy Colby joined Percy & Schutte in 2025, bringing with her the same exceptional legal services she’s been providing to families in Ascension, Assumption, and St. James for over twenty years. Her practice includes divorce, alimony, property division, child custody, child support, paternity, and adoptions. Amy is a seasoned family law attorney who is also a qualified family law mediator and is known for her expertise, compassion, and dedication. She also handles interdictions, domestic violence cases, and the division of jointly owned property.
A Donaldsonville native, Falcon J Mire. is a graduate of the LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Falcon joined Percy Law as an associate in 2023 after working at the 23rd District Attorney’s office where he gained valuable courtroom experience. Facing criminal charges can be one of the most challenging moments in your life and Falcon has a passion for helping people navigate the criminal court process and assisting his clients in achieving the best possible outcome. As a prior Assistant District Attorney, Falcon has prosecuted all types of state crimes, from traffic offenses to homicides, giving him knowledge of both prosecution and defense of criminal charges.
Falcon also handles estate planning, successions, and a variety of family law matters, including those involving divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
Falcon’s legal career is deeply influenced by his roots in Ascension Parish, which he calls home. Beyond his duties at Percy Law, he is engaged in the in community as a Board Member for the West Ascension Parish Hospital Service District. In his free time, Falcon enjoys relaxing on the golf course. A devoted Saints fan, he brings the same passion and enthusiasm to community involvement as he does to the Black and Gold on Sundays.
